I've been out and about delivering workshops to help teams work better together this week. In these sessions, I cover key topics like building trust, understanding communication styles and improving confidence. Get in touch if you want to improve team dynamics or if you need some support to facilitate an away day. Another major highlight has to be the book! Building a Culture of Inclusivity, co-authored by Priya Bates and I, is now available in North America! It ranked number two on the PR best sellers list in Canada and number one on the USA HR hot new releases list. I obviously took several hundred screenshots and shared on my insta because did it really happen if you don't share a photo - hahaha.
